Signal was formed in 1984 to offer a low-cost insurance program specifically targeted to cellular equipment that would help wireless carriers provide superior customer service, reduce churn and improve profitability.
Over the past 22 years, Signal has maintained its rigorous commitment to quality customer service, continuous product iimprovement and integrity in all its business relationships. As a company, the Signal has continued to add capabilities to support the expanding requirements to provide a fully integrated handset insurance program.

Today, Signal Holdings is a limited liability corporation with seven operating entities, The Signal, LP; Signal Service Solutions, LLC; CWork Solutions, LP; Signal Northwest, LP; CWork Wireless, LP; Service Contract Solutions NA, LLC; Telecom RE, LTD. The Signal has five call centers handling wireless handset insurance claims or extended service contracts.
These integrated capabilities permit Signal to provide full-service insurance, call center, return, repair and logistics support solutions which can be customized to meet our clients’ unique needs and requirements. Because Signal Holdings owns and operates all of the components necessary to facilitate claims administration, forward and reverse logistics, and handset repair, our operations are scalable to support the growth of our clients.
